Red Bull is back Daniel Ricciardo did an amazing lap and stopped the clocks 6 tenths of second faster than champion Hamilton. The Briton was fastest at the first Free Practice. 1st FP 2nd FP

Internal transfer Verstappen got a promotion and from now on will be the second driver of Red Bull. His place in Toro Rosso is filled by Kvyat, who left Red Bull, because of performance in the previous races. Vettel was fastest at the 1st Free Practice as you can see here and Rosberg at the 2nd, as you can see here .

China repeated Hamilton was the fastest at Free Practice 3, as you can read here , but again he had a problem and didn't set any time at Q3. Rosberg will start tomorrow from Pole Position and next to him will be Bottas. The Finn qualified 3rd and took advantage of Vettel's 5-place penalty (due to gearbox change), who will start 7th instead of 2nd. Check the times

Same all For once again the Mercedes team was the fastest in First Practice. Rosberg was quicker than Hamilton by 7 tenths of a second. Click here to view the times. In Free Practice 2 Hamilton set the best time, ahead of Vettel, who had a problem and didn't do a lot of laps. Third was Rosberg as you can see here . Ricciardo tested the "aeroscreen", a structure of glass that prevents objects to hit the driver's head and said it was "pretty good".

Nico for the 3x3 In FP3 Vettel set the fastest time, but because of the rain, that is insignificant. Check the time sheet here . Tough luck for Hamilton during Q1, who could not set any time due to technical problems and is going to start from the back of the grid. Rosberg will start from Pole Position tomorrow and Ricciardo (!) will be next to him. The 2 drivers of Ferrari will start from second row. See in detail the times here .

Fastest was Hamilton, as if nothing changed since last year. But, we can not jump to any conclusions because all drivers did very few laps. While Vettel set no time. See the times here .

Οι τρεις ομάδες της κορυφής, κατεβαίνουν στον αγώνα με σκοπό να μας παρουσιάσουν μία εκπληκτική μάχη σε ένα μαγευτικό σκηνικό, αφού πρόκειται για τον μοναδικό νυχτερινό αγώνα του Παγκοσμίου Πρωταθλήματος F1. Τον πρώτο λόγο έχει η Red Bull και ο Vettel που επικράτησε και στις 2 περιόδους ελευθέρων δοκιμών της Παρασκευής. Ενώ και στις 2 περιόδους 2 ος ήταν ένας οδηγός με McLaren, στη μία περίπτωση ο Hamilton και στην άλλη ο Button. Από κοντά ακολουθεί και ο πρωτοπόρος, που σημείωσε τον 4 ο και τον 3 ο χρόνο στα ελεύθερα. Μπορεί η διαφορά του Alonso στον πίνακα των οδηγών και της Red Bull στον κατάταξη των κατασκευαστών να έχει παγιωθεί, αλλά ακόμα όλα είναι ρευστά. Με 7 αγώνες να υπολείπονται και όλοι εκτός Ευρώπης, υπάρχει ακόμα πολύς δρόμος μπροστά μας.

Και όταν αναφερόμαστε σε ασημένιους, εννοούμε και τα 4 μονοθέσια με αυτό το χρώμα και κινητήρα της Mercedes στην πλάτη τους. Σε όλες τις ελεύθερες δοκιμές αλλά και στο qualifying, πάντα δύο μονοθέσια των ομάδων της Mercedes ή της McLaren σημείωναν τους δύο καλύτερους χρόνους! Πιο συγκεκριμένα, στην πρώτη περίοδο ελεύθερων δοκιμών, ταχύτερος ήταν ο Hamilton (με McLaren) με τους Rosberg & Schumacher (με Mercedes) να ακολουθούν. Αν και η βροχή σε αυτήν την περίοδο δεν επιτρέπει την εξαγωγή ασφαλών συμπερασμάτων. Στη δεύτερη περίοδο η κατάσταση αντιστράφηκε με τον Schumacher να αφήνει δεύτερο τον Hamilton. Στη συγκεκριμένη περίοδο πάντως, φάνηκαν και λίγο οι Red Bull που σημείωσαν τον 3ο και 4ο χρόνο. Στην τρίτη περίοδο, η σειρά στην κορυφή πάλι αντιστράφηκε, με τις 2 McLaren στις 2 πρώτες θέσεις και τις 2 Mercedes να έπονται! Έτσι φτάνουμε στις κατατακτήριες, όπου ο Rosberg ήταν ισοπεδωτικός κατακτώντας την πρώτη Pole της καριέρας του, μη αφήνοντας περιθώρια αμφισβήτησης στον H...
