Apart from Mercedes, only Ricciardo Ricciardo won the 2nd race in a row. That was the Australian's third victory this year, while Vettel is struggling just to get on the podium. Rosberg hit Hamilton on the first lap, while trying to gain the first place he lost to his team mate. That resulted a damaged front wing for the German and a flat tyre for the Briton. Hamilton was forced to drive several kilometers with that puncture, until he reached the pits. After that, he was outpaced and finally retired a few laps before the end. That was not the only problem of Rosberg. At some point, a strange ribbon got stuck on his car, right in front of his face. But despite that, he managed to claim 2nd place. GP Βελγίου Ή του ύψους ή του βάθους φέτος ο Button, που σε αυτόν τον αγώνα χάρη στην καλή απόδοση στις κατατακτήριες αλλά και το συμβάν στην εκκίνηση, πήρε σχετικά εύκολα τη νίκη. Το συμβάν που σημάδεψε τον αγώνα σημειώθηκε μόλις λίγα δευτερόλεπτα μετά το σβήσιμο των κόκκινων φαναριών. Ο Grosjean με μια απότομη κίνηση προς τα δεξιά, έπεσε πάνω στον Hamilton και τα δύο μονοθέσια, συμπαρέσυραν και αυτά των Alonso, Perez και Kobayashi. Ο απολογισμός ήταν 4 οδηγοί εκτός αγώνα, μεταξύ τους οι διεκδικητές του πρωταθλήματος Alonso και Hamilton. Αυτό το γεγονός οδήγησε τους αγωνοδίκες να επιβάλουν στον υπαίτιο Grosjean αποκλεισμό από τον επόμενο αγώνα.
